NRF RISE Up
INSP!RE CTC partners with NRF RISE Up to provide customer service and sales training. These hard skills will enable clients to receive a completion certificate, digital badge and a credential through the NRF Rise Up Program to list on their resume. The clients will develop basic customer service and math skills. They will build an understanding of the retail industry, its impact on the economy and the diverse jobs available. In addition, they will learn best practices for interviewing and exploring career paths.
